Our Approach

How Our Safford Commercial Roofing Company Starts A Job

Every job starts with a walk of the roof. We photograph the field, seams, edges, drains, and rooftop units, then check the insulation with core cuts or a moisture scan wherever stains or soft spots point to water.

From there you get a plain answer: repair the problem areas, recover a dry roof, or replace it. The written scope lists each item, and the estimate follows that scope.

  • Photos of every problem area, marked on a roof plan
  • Core cuts or moisture scans before any tear-off decision
  • Work staged around open hours, deliveries, and HVAC shutdowns
  • Permits filed with the city, town, or county office for the address

Talk It Through

Ceiling Stain Spreading After Every Storm?

Call and tell us where the stain is and what sits on the roof above it. That spot is where the inspection starts.

Inspection Checklist

What We Check Before Any Price

Each item below goes into the inspection report, with photos.

Gloved hands scooping dust and dried crop debris out of an overflow scupper
  • Seams and laps: open welds, lifted tape, curled patch edges
  • Metal panels: backed-out screws, worn washers, rust at laps
  • Edges and parapets: coping caps, edge metal, wall flashing
  • Drains and scuppers: debris, strainers, overflow paths, ponding rings
  • Curbs and penetrations: unit flashing, pipe boots, storm collars
  • Insulation and deck: core cuts, wet areas, soft or rusted deck
  • Storm damage: hail bruises, punctures, wind-lifted corners

Scope

What We Install And What We Leave Alone

Our work covers commercial roofs and the parts that keep water out of the building. A few things fall outside it.

What We Install And Repair

  • TPO and EPDM membrane roofs on low-slope buildings
  • Standing seam and through-fastened metal roofs
  • Industrial roofs on plants, gins, and warehouses
  • Flashing, edge metal, drains, scuppers, and curb details
  • Tapered insulation and cover board under new membrane

What We Leave Alone

  • Houses and residential roofs of any kind
  • Structural redesign of decks or framing without an engineer
  • Repairs to the rooftop HVAC equipment itself
  • Promises about energy savings or tax outcomes
  • Roof work without the permit the address requires
